 Darci graduated with her BA from the University of Michigan-Flint and has been helping others from a young age, volunteering at nursing homes, soup kitchens, and clothing closets in her hometown of Clio.

Family is everything to Darci. She treasures being a mom to her daughter and son, considering them her greatest joy. Darci is blessed with amazing friends and family, a support system she cherishes deeply.

Her extensive experience with non-profits, including the American Cancer Society and Whaley Children's Center, drew her to Serenity House. Witnessing the tangible help provided daily, from rides to peer recovery counseling, inspired her to join our team.

Having faced significant loss in the past six years, including her father, sister, and mother, Darci's personal recovery journey fuels her passion for aiding others. She feels honored and excited to be part of Serenity House, and we are thrilled to have her with us.

  Candice Campbell began her journey with Serenity House Communities as a marketing contractor with her business, Beehind the Scenes. Her passion for people, strong communication style, and natural leadership quickly made her an essential part of the SHC team. She now serves as Director of People & Communications. 

 With a background in building high-performing teams and strengthening organizational culture, Candice brings a unique ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and purpose—a vital strength in recovery-centered work. In her short time with Serenity House, she has helped restore a profound sense of trust, stability, and respect among staff, reinforcing the organization’s values and vision for growth. 

Chasity is a person in long-term recovery who has been on her journey for over four years. She enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, being outdoors, meditating, and exploring various holistic modalities. Chasity is grateful to be part of Serenity House Communities, where she has the opportunity to support others on their own unique recovery paths—no matter where they are or what that looks like for them. She is committed to personal growth and healing, both for herself and those she serves. Chasity is a Certified Peer Recovery Coach and currently serves as Serenity House’s Peer Recovery Coaching Supervisor. She is proud to be part of the team and all that Serenity House represents.

Jason earned his CCAR Recovery Coach Certification, in 2012 and brings over 18 years of long-term sobriety to Serenity House Communities. Jason gives credit, to his successful journey in recovery, to his Lord and savior Jesus Christ, Romeo Masonic Lodge #41 and 3 mottos he chooses to live his life by daily -
